Carlton Forum: 9:30am to 11:30am
9:30am to 10:30am: Children 12 years old and under taking red, yellow, orange and green belt. Please arrive by 9:00am.
10:30am to 11:30am: Children 12 years old and under taking blue belt and above, all children over 13 years of age and all adults. Please arrive by 10:00am.

Bilborough Sports Centre: 14:00pm to 16:00pm
14:00pm to 15:00pm: Children 12 years old and under taking red, yellow, orange and green belt. Please arrive by 13:45pm.
15:00 pm to 16:00pm: Children 12 years old and under taking Blue belt and above, all children over 13 years of age and all adults. Please arrive by 14:45pm.
